Find your fit and estimate the work
Two quick tools for planning. The fit finder points you to the playbook for your kind of team. The estimator shows how many hours of manual testing and review your team does today, and how much of it the agent could take on.

Estimate the work
Type your own numbers. The two shares marked Your assumption are starting points, not measured results: change them to what your pilot shows.
| Hours a month | Manual work today | The agent takes on | Stays with your team |
|---|---|---|---|
| Regression testing | – | – | – |
| Translation review | – | – | – |
| Total | – | – | – |
How it is worked out
- Testing today
cases × runs × minutes ÷ 60 - Review today
languages × strings × releases ÷ 1,000 × review hours - The agent takes on
today × your share
This is an estimate from your inputs, not a promise. It leaves out setup time, the agent's own cost (each run shows an estimate before it starts; see Cost), and the time your team spends reading evidence and making decisions, which stays with people.
How to use the estimate
Section titled “How to use the estimate”- Start with today. The “Manual work today” column uses only your numbers. It is the baseline you are measuring against.
- Set the shares from a pilot. Run your regression suite with the agent for a few weeks. Then count the cases it ran to a clear result, and put that share in. See Roll out KaDeep.
- Keep the people’s part. Someone still reads failures, decides on bugs, reviews translations and signs off. The “Stays with your team” column is that work.
- Add the agent’s cost. Each run shows a time and cost estimate before it starts. Finance reads the actual spend on Cost and Usage over time.
